1. I have purchased a JAMA 101, two weeks ago and after 2 days it hanged and i reset this mobile to factory setting, after 3 days i could send / receive SMS but the phone was at no service state, the software reset and on/off could not repair this problem and again reset factory solved this problem. this problem appeared after 5 days again...., could you help me to solve these problems (hang & no sevice) ?

2. I can't add my device to imate web site and when i run "i-mate configurator" on phone this message "the network operator is not found in your configuration file." appeared. how can i configure my imate?

3. If there is a new rom or original rom for this mobile phone, please  give me the links for download.

And if i see now the *#06# it shows 000000000 all zeros.

help.
