Yes, my late Exec was flashed with WM6 when I detected such an annoying behaviour. So, it's Microsoft's fault, not i-mate's. Well, even before receiving my 9502, I recall reading a lot of threads complaining about the stock ROM's flaws. So, I flashed the leaked ROM on day 1 (over 3 months ago), and I don't have any reasons at all to regret my decision. Everything just works ! SDHC support, A2DP, HFP, Wi-Fi with WPA2-PSK, GPS auto connection/disconnection, no hangings or laggings of any kind, etc, etc, etc... Back to your case, do you have your master password enabled? Have you tried to disable it? Has it helped? One thing that came to my mind: even if you decide not to flash the leaked ROM and keep your master password enabled, you could try to install WkTask. It keeps an icon of each program currently running on the title bar, just like Windows does. So, when you waked up you device, you just had to tap on your the Notes program icon to bring it to the foreground... Cheers! Carlos
