sony ericsson announced that they will use WM 6.5 on thier Xperia ppc

Doubt is unnecessary,we will enjoy the 6.5 ROM for 9502,on day.

Sony Ericsson announced no such thing. It was simply a rumour invented by mobilereview, which they made up purely because SE wouldn't let anyone fully handle the machine at the pre-launch exhibition in February. The rumour was debunked soon after.

The MS WM team have said IE 6.1 won't be avilable as an upgrade, only on new phones, so you can bet that applies to WM6.5 as well. Therefore the chances of it appearing on an outdated device like the 9502 are practically nil.
3. Regarding making IE Mobile available as a separate download or update, the rich media experiences that IE Mobile 6 enables require more powerful, advanced devices. That is why it will not be available as an upgrade or direct download for current phones, but rather will be made available on new phones.
