Where can we get a firmware update.
My imate is on WM6.0 from Helstra, and it sucks... locks up all the time
WM6.1.1 i hear fixes most items and makes it a pda again.... send a link

Mine locks up all the time too.  Phone support have admitted the phone has issues.  Yet, we still wait for a firmware update.   This is disgusting.

go to google and type in "8502 6.1 xda" without the quotations, and you search will be over...read instructions carefully...

Mine has been fine using the 6.1 beta firmware.  Earpiece call volume is low but, other than that, no issues.

Ultimate 8502 EUM TEL.01.77 CP TEL.02.03 is currently being tested I believe.

Finally released on i-mate website, but it's version 1.72.002. Interesting - rollback perhaps?

46 Mb RAM free after install and reboot, but that's before getting rid of the Configurator app. No Telstra stuff there at least, that's great!
