I have the same problem with my jama 101.
I can't boot device with in microsd (2gb sandisk). When i need to reboot my device (soft reset) i have to remove microSD and then reset the device. If i restart device without remove microsd device not boot!! This is very nag with software that need auto-reboot (like backup program).

Can i risolve with hard reset? can i do hard reset with i-mate utility "master clear"?

hello friends,
for me big problem with jama p30 , when battery insert dispaly shows i-mate log and few secands goes off dispaly and keypad lights ,
I tried normal reset and hard reset by pressing vilume - key and power red button hold for few secands . no use
any solution please....

Dear, when i insert the battery device turns on automatically without pressing on/off button,then after few seconds keyboard light on, then screen becomes dark with red light on and stops ......whats this problem Bro?
well ,after reading your advice i downloaded both wm 5 & wm 6 & follow the procedure which has brought some thing like "8050031.2.3p30
af9e" onthe imate stuck screen.
putting wm6 on my device do i need a special instrument...pl write.
does this wm6 include AKU3.2 ?
in flash card i loaded "extracted wm6 files'...does it require to put downloaded rar file"JAMA_8050_WWE_RUS_WM6' WinRAR .archive....pl support.

can i do this on my pc? which softwares are required for loading the system ? for all this process how much time ?

ok try this
remove sim
remove battery
hold vol - button and red button...simultaneously while pressing both insert battery...........
hold both button until dpad buttons lights on.................

I have a Jama and when the battery is in and it is in the charger I can not even get the red light on the top, all I get is the battery heats up. I have tried this with 2 batteries and I just can not turn the phone on can anyone help please as I have only just brought this phone and the seller assures me it worked well when she had it.
