About SeaSGEE.exe, it connect to internet by itself and download the ephemeris data automatically when the data is expired, silently. But, from my experience, as the internet connections don't close by itself, I think you should download Schap's Advanced Config v3.2 and set to close the GPRS after some minutes... Or if you have any program that can close the GPRS connections automatically..

I have more questions about this. I've tried to make this automatic download work in various different ways, but none of them have worked. Here are 2 different ways I tried. I do have the GPRS auto connection close set BTW.

1. Start SeasGee, press OK on the redundant "Program Explanation" dialog that comes up. Check
Automatic Download, download file. Press OK on the SeasGee program itself, which makes it go
away. After 3 days the file expires. I was hoping SeasGee to launch itself and do automatic download,
but this never happens. Had to explicitly launch it and do a manual download.

2. Start SeasGee, press OK on the redundant "Program Explanation" dialog that comes up. Check
Automatic Download, download file. DO NOT PRESS OK on the SeasGee program. Keep it resident in
memory for 3 days. After 3 days the file expires. I was hoping SeasGee to do automatic download,
but this never happens. Still have to do an explicit manual download by pressing "download file".

At this point, I'm stumped and wondering how in the world you got this to work?!?! Will you be able to post step-by-step instructions for what exactly you're doing, so how you got it to work? The only other thing I could think of was, if you are running a different version of SeasGee than mine. Since you didn't post a specific link to where you got SeasGee.exe from, rather some indirect instructions through Google search, I don't know if this is the issue. Here is where I got mine from:

http://www.wapzona.hu/letoltes/PDA/Navigacio_GPS/SeaSGEE/SeaSGEE.exe

Are you running this same SeasGee, and if not, which one?

Chandu, I had done nothing to my SeaSGEE,just copy it to windows folder and run it exactly the same as you do explain to me..
But now I'm suspect that maybe the version isn't same.. I'm gonna post mine on the rapid later as I didn't bring my data cable with me.. Sorry for any inconvenience caused..

It should work OK and auto update but it will update silently, you just notice the calendar notification move to 3 days later after it expires..

Thanks, I'll eagerly await to find out this working version of SeasGee from you. No need to apologize BTW, you're the one who came here with this information in the first place.

Great, thanks. This file you posted does in fact look completely different from the one in the link I had posted above. Not sure where you got this "better" version from, but I'm going to give it a try now, let the file expire after 3 days and let you know then.

Hahaha... I just have a strange habit: choose the bigger size... Coz my philosophy is like MP3 file: bigger MP3 file means higher bitrate, higher bitrate means better quality...near CD quality... ^^

Sure, please let me know... ^^

I have good news. After installing your new file, checking both "automatic download" and "show expiration in calendar", I experienced the ephemeris file being downloaded automatically for the first time!!! My last problem with the configuration has been solved now, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks much!!!!

Anyway, there is something interesting floating on this forum: WM6.5! I wonder if they will enable all hardware-feature on our ultimate?
And furthermore: will imate release the update?

Error

This file is neither allocated to a Premium Account, or a Collector's Account, and can therefore only be downloaded 10 times.
This limit is reached.
To download this file, the uploader either needs to transfer this file into his/her Collector's Account, or upload the file again. The file can later be moved to a Collector's Account. The uploader just needs to click the delete link of the file to get further information.

Hi Xenomorph,

Why not send send me the SeaSGEE.exe file? I'll host it on my own server. =)

Anyone wants to share any files here, please send me the files, I'll host it. Better than hosting it with filesharing site since I already paid for my own server.

i9502, the GPS funtion for China Mainland is somehow different from other area... I had read about it somewhere while Googling... Don't remember clearly... But the one that I remember is: GPS accuracy for China Mainland is biased by some hundreds meters and it's China government wise...
